When I'm not studying, working out, running or stretching I'll be posting my daily food intake and approximate calorie intake alongside an exercise diary.
I'm a year 12 student who has big dreams.
If my dreams don't work out, I'd like to become a nutritionist/naturopath/personal trainer. I'm trying to lose weight, HEALTHILY.
I'm always here to answer any questions you might have, although I'm not a qualified practitioner, obviously haha, so I'd just be going on what I research in my spare time.
